I have a 216 with the base sound system and every time I start the vehicle it connects, then looses Bluetooth connection (tried it with both IPhone and Galaxy and same issue). It cycles through this process 2-3 times before it connects (and stays connected) or I turn off the Bluetooth in both my phones. Has anyone else had this issue? And if so, were they able to fix it? I took it to my local dealer and they couldn't find any issues with the system. And as luck would have it, it connected on the first try there so I can't even show them the issue.

Thanks,

I know it sounds lame, but take a video of the disconnecting.

If you have an old cell phone around then that might be the best way to do that?

On another note, you’re not plugging in your iPhone are you?
