Sad on both parts, but NYPost reports the guy called 911 before he even hit the first guy who braked in front of him. I wouldn't stay around if I felt threatened...

They were on a highway so I don't think he had much of a choice to go anywhere. And leaving the highway into the city would cause him to stop in traffic (which it did). I would have done the same thing if I felt that my family and I are being threatened.

the biker was brake checking the rover-meaning let us have our own parade/bike rally by ourselves. annoyed by the honking of the rover he initiated the contact. I would have waited for the cops.
