Does the BeCM control the operation of all of my windows, sunroof, and exterior mirrors? Windows and sunroof are fully closed and the mirrors do not adjust.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Ideally put it on a nanocom and test the function of the window/ sunroof etc, but if its ALL out then yes, it does sound like the switchpack, or the Fuse under the seat (1: 10A). F1 wd put all those out and most of the dash lights too. I helped someone who had only ONE door's worth out, which we fixed with a new door outstation, so keep an open mind.

It does sound like the switchpack has failed. They can fail completely and at random, which will cause all of the windows/sunroof/mirrors to stop functioning.

If you were in the UK, I'd offer a refurbished replacement on exchange - but as you are in the US, and with shipping costs and all that it is probably cheaper/easier to find one over there!
