Hi

I fit a sub 300watts on the weekend with built in amp, i ran the connections off the rear feed to the head unit.

Its been fine for 3 days but today my battery light came on ?

Ive never had the light on before and battery is 6 months old. Im thinking this is probably more than just a coincidence? Could it be that the amp is pulling to much from the batt? Or putting strain on alternator

The car has sometimes been difficult to start on cold mornings for over a year now but never not started.

Thanks

Not that anyone cares, but I fixed this issue.
Nothing to do with the amp/sub
believe it or not my cd player was draining the battery when playing CD's!!
not a problem as I never use it, as I have my IPod wired in.
Just tried CD out to try new sub! - Maybe worth checking out if your battery light comes on whilst
driving with cd playing?
