Aux input required - LR Autobiography 2004

Dear All,
Question from a newbie here after some help and a bit confused after all the posts.
I am after 2 things ideally
1= aux input for my Ipod
2= Can the TV system be upgraded for Digital input so I dont loose it when we all go digital.
Have read most of the posts but I seem to be one of the few that HAS the touch screen Sat Nav system.
All the BM54 adverts I have looked at ref the postings on here specifically say NOT for touch screen Sat Nav's
