Hello everyone. Just bought a brand new 2019 RRS HSE Dynamic today and am in love with the car. However I cannot get the Apple CarPlay to work on any Apple device. So I was wondering if anyone else here has seen this issue or is it something faulty with my vehicle. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Things I’ve tried so far:
• multiple cables
• multiple phones
• turning the car off and back on
• turning the devices off and back on

Didi you allow the connection on the iPhone? (Either by pass code or by turning off "USB accessories" in "General"->"Touch ID & pass code")

On your iPhone Go to -Settings-general -reset-reset network settings. After You reset network settings plug back into RR.
It should then ask you to allow CarPlay.
This has happened to me after latest iOS update.
