How to reset fuel trims?

Is Testbook/Rovacom/Nanocom the only way to reset fuel trims?

I'm chasing a P1172/1175 issue. Long term fuel trims are pegged at 9-10% on both banks. I want to reset them.

Thanks for the offer. I found a local indy who reset it for me and also suggested a new MAF sensor to solve the problem after a short conversation about what I was seeing. He was right. I put in a new MAF and the long term fuel trims returned to values around 0%.

Try Peter Campbell at British Autoworks San Diego, he is a Land Rover master mechanic and can help you out 858-263-1694, ad he is a good guy too.
