My vehicle has a phone option that pops up on the LCD screen but wondering if I can connect a bluetooth device, IPhone or at least an Ipod to the factory H/K system.
I do see that it has a pioneer CD Changer in the glove box, which plays MP3s, (Did those come factory on the HSE..?).

*Mine does *Not have the Entertainment Package. (no TVs).

My goal is to get the best factory sound quality through a ipod..

If your 06 is a true 06 - Ford motor not BMW - connection should be relatively easy with the LR Audio connectivity kit. If the LR dealer lists a kit for your VIN #, all is well. If you have a touch screen nav but the dealer says according to VIN the audio connectivity kit will not fit (true 05), its a bit of a PITA: it will work just fine but you have to remove the dash pad to get tat the back of the head unit.

AFAIK, navtv does not have a kit for the touch screen RR. The only option for full integration is OEM - produced by Dension for LR.
