Had the car two days it’s a 2006 Range Rover Sport 2.7 and noticed a pool of oil underneath on the driveway, narrowed it down to what looks like the anti roll bar actuator leaking. Is this a serviceable part ?

Anything is worth taking apart and at least trying to fix it. Worst case it still needs to be replaced. If you dont try it yourself find a rebuilder that does rack n pinions and power steering pumps... and have them give it a go. I have not taken one of those apart but I will attempt to rebuild anything.
