another wheel/tire fitment question

i think i've narrowed it down to doing the following:

these rims:

with these tires (295/45/20)
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp ... mpare1=yes

i used a tire calculator to compare the specs to 295/35/22's which i was told would fit, and the sizes (diameter) are almost identical so i THINK that i'll be ok, but i wanted to know your opinions:

1) do the rims look like the correct offset and width?
2) will my oem centercaps fit (do you think)
3) are those tires too wide for the rims?
i couldn't find out how to edit my original post so... as an addendum: the tire forum on rr.net also says that i could do 305/45/20 but again - will these rims handle that width? i also welcome any other opinions on the subject. btw, if you need to know... i'm sure some will ask, i am doing this for looks. i mean... i think that 255's look ridiculous on such a huge car and i want the most meat i can handle (without needing mods and WITH STILL BEING ABLE TO LOWER THE SUSPENSION FOR LOADING!!!!) thanks a bunch guys!
