I need a new cable from the positive battery to the starter motor. I think the above is the correct one. Everybody sells it. Nobody has a picture of it. My RAVE laptop and tools are still buried from my move. Anybody care to help out? TIA. The positive cable from the battery to the alternator is also original. Should I swap that out also? Truck is 02 NAS Bosch. Cables are black and quite stiff given the age.

Turns out the part I need is YTA101890.
The plastic clip that holds it in place near the Alternator pulley came loose and the pulley grinder about half way through the cable.
Ugh. Seem the other part number I had was also correct. Maybe it is for a GEMS? The description on LR Direct is the same. On is $32.00 the other is $100.00. I just ordered it so I will update when I can confirm.

Bingo. That’s it. Thanks RRTH. At least I’ll have all new positive cables now. My battery clamp was getting bad also so it will be good to have a new one. New fuse box and relays as well. Thank you all.
