I have a 1994 Range Rover Classic, and today I turned the car off and parked it. When I got back in the car and cranked it the following systems all stopped working at once, horn, emergency flashers, driver’s side seat, radio and the AC blower. I know that it is something electrical but I can’t figure it out, I have checked all the fuses in the car including the ones under the driver’s seat. Does anyone think it could be a relay? If so where are they? I’m open to any ideas.

Re: all stopped working at once, horn, emergency flashers, drive

mmm, were you good at puzzles as a kid? I hope so.

Sounds like it's the ignition load relay, I assume yours is a hard dash.
It is in the relay block near the steering column (good luck getting that out!!! `) ) It's in the 'shorter' side of relays (you'll understand when you finally  get it out). And it's the middle one of the five. It should be green in color with a black base if yours is a NAS model, or 'natural' in color otherwise.
If your rangie is a soft dash.....?

I had the same thing happen to my 94 this weekend. Did the solution above solve your problems?
