I trimmed my airline-it's been trimmed to the point that the little flare typically sitting about a half inch off the valve block collet is now pressing against the collet. I think this is why it's still leaking-I removed the sharp edges, sanded lightly, new orings inside, etc-all the usual stuff. Has anyone else run into this? How did you extend the line or solve the problem? Man I miss Dennis! :)

Yeah. We miss him also. As a small business owner I can empathise. There is a coupling that you can use to join in a new lenght of pipe. An old post on here, years back showed the coupling as did dennis. I bought some 6mm pipe from him but have not used it yet. I know that the CNC counter top cutting machines use the same air line and connectors as I have seen them in the shop where I get the odd counter top done. I do not know offhand but that ref might be meaningful. I am sure that you will find something with an internet search or ask the counter shop who does their repairs and supplies part. also some UK parts houses will have them
