Check the compressor output by removing the pipe to the valve block and put your finger over it while it is running. I'm guessing it is a bad compressor (as you clearly think it is as well).

You need to get your hands on a copy of the workshop manual - RAVE. In there is an Electrical Troubleshooting Manual (ETM) section. That will help with the diagnosis.
