Is that the top or bottom that has a chunk missing? Still, it looks like a cheapo Chinese knock off airspring, Dunlops from Island 4x4 is where you need to go.

No, not on a Dunlop. It must have been clouted by something to snap off the bottom lug. The plastic parts normally outlast the rubber, and that is good for 15-20 years before it starts to perish and leak.

There are Chinese made ones embossed with Dunlop logo and comparably cheap. Once I checked with a fleabay seller who confirmed it's made in China but the factory is Dunlop , he said. Who knows.........

Oh right, so they are literally copying, logo and all! The island 4x4 one didn’t come in Dunlop packaging but says it’s Dunlop genuine on the website. Guess I have to trust that?!

The ones from Island will probably come in Britpart boxes as Britpart buy them by the hundred from Dunlop and supply them to their customers. Chinese knock off stuff nearly always looks the part, complete with OE logos (often mis-spelled) and CE markings but using inferior materials.

Should be fine then. Didn't realise Eurospares had started doing the same as Britpart but a few more items have started appearing supplied through them.
