Not happy when I discovered this today, FYI it's an Auto Expression model, designed to be stuck onto the air vent (and it's been set on cool so not overheated and melted or anything)





Not impressed!

I would contact the manufacture, they should do something for you, as it was their product that ruined your interior.

It looks like it leaked, not really melted more like dissolved.

Not had a look yet, I've e-mailed the manufacturer, which is owned by Shell. They have plenty of money but I bet they put it down to user error!

I'll ring the dealer tomorrow to find the cost, but the part number is FJV000290JMN (for navy) FJV000290LUP (for aspen) FJV000290PVA (for jet)
