Aftermarket Mufflers

I bought an aftermarket oval shaped muffler awhile ago and had it mounted. Everything seemed fine until I melted 4 airlines in the course of a couple weeks. So now I have to figure out a fix as the Airbag might be next. Here are some pics on how its currently installed. My question is for those that have used an aftermarket muffler, how did you mount it? My biggest concerns are keeping heat away from the air springs and it not sitting lower than the frame so it won't get smashed when offroading. Thanks.

I have a glasspack muffler sitting in my closet but it is loud as hell. Even the muffler thats on it now is a bit noisy. I'm looking for something a little quieter than a cherry bomb.

Purchase aftermarket from AB. looks alot like origional except no LR on it. So far so good. About 6 mos ago.
