Any advice out there, before I go and try to remove my old front grille on my 95 LWB? The tabs that secure the grille look like they need to be broken off in order to get the grille completely off. Pushing down doesn't seem to be enough to release the grille, so I may get a bit more aggressive. My replacement came from Rovers North, made by Proline.

That's one the few thing I had to replace on my 95. I thought I was going to break my thumbs getting the tabs free. I found a tip a few months later. Cut a block of wood just hair narrower than the tabs use it to press down so the pressure is even instead of centered using fingers or thumbs.

Agree 100%.
Absolutely correct. I have removed the front grill on several Range Rovers using this simple method. If you are careful, it can be done many times without breaking the tabs and that is important because of the possible need to access the horns, fans and aircon hoses
