Any one know of a good attorney in the Austin, Texas area?
The DUI that hit me has a no name insurance company and they are playing hard ball.
And yes my employer told me I was relieved of duty until I'm better.

You can go onto the Texas Bar association's website and do an Accident/Injury attorney search in your area and then check out each attorney on Google to see what clients are saying.

How the hell can they play hardball in your case!?!?

Shouldn't your insurance company be the ones catching that hard ball? I would put some pressure on them first, but also consult with an attorney just in case.

Just be happy he has insurance. 6 months after I got my license I was rear ended by an unlicensed undocumented uninsured guy with zero assets. My insurance company had to pay everything so Ms. Mdx raises a good point. Obviously you will want an attorney to collect pain and suffering.
