Prior to cold air completely going out, there were days it blew luke warm, then back cold. Now there is no cold air at all. Took it in today to have it diagnosed.

AC System diagnosed:

Dye & R134 Freon was added.
No leaks, but ac not functioning.
Getting power to compressor, but the ac compressor is not engaging or holding vacuum at this time.
Would need compressor to work to further diagnose. Recommend replacing compressor and dryer element.

Would this indicate the frangible link for the compressor has seized? If so, is there a part that can just be replaced? Would I need to replace anything else?

Please Advise,
Thank you
