Just looking for some feedback on how to troubleshoot whether I have a bad pump or pressure switch?

Couple weeks ago I noticed that my ABS pump kept running after turning off the vehicle. So I opened the hood and jiggled the relay and it shut off. It happened one more time while I was driving, the ABS went out and I had to stop and jiggle the relay again, and all returned to normal. So I was listening when I shut off the vehicle to see if it would keep running again and it never did.

Now I start the vehicle and no ABS. All 3 lights ABS, Brake, Traction Control all stay lit. I replaced the relay. Still no ABS. The pump is running when the vehicle is on. There is plenty of fluid, in fact the fluid appears to be overfilled.

Any ideas?
