hi what is the usual maintenance when it comes to plastic non painted accessories , to prevent the cracking or discoloring from the sun (like the long trim piece around the wipers that turned gray...i replaced that ) should i wax it right away or apply some kind of armor all ..? the previous owner of my 2006 RRS did a good job though with the bumpers and lower aero pieces below the doors.

thanks ,2006RR.

I have been using Mothers back to black. Makes those parts look real nice. However I will say it only lasts a few washes. I just ordered the above product after reading the Amazon reviews. Will report back next week after I use it.

I ordered that off Amazon and received it last Friday. Applied it to my mirrors and windshield cove and let me tell you it's worth the price looks great, does not stay wet and slimey. It's been raining here at the water just runs off like I waxed it.
