96 range rover won't steer to the right?

I have a 96 range rover sport. It steering wheel turns left, but wont steer to the right? You can drive straight or turn to the left, but locks and won't let you turn the wheel to the right?

It sounds like its a custom set up for NASCAR.

Sorry, couldnt resist. I agree with what Jos says, probably somthing jammed underneath. Or, maybe its a problem in the steering box?
