Hi

The first thing that you have to do is to have someone turning the wheel while you yourself position yourself under the car with a torchlight and look at all the mechanical links underneath. Most likely something is bend and touches an other part under the car.

it's possible that at some point the tie rod was disconnected and then reconnected without the steering wheel being at the center of its travel radius, if nothing is rubbing disconnect and re-center the steering wheel.

If disconnecting the steering column, be very aware that you could damage the spiral cassette (electrical connections to the steering wheel functions like horn, radio controls, etc.) if you rotate the steering wheel too far.
