I'm looking for exterior door handles for my 92 rover. I was told that Discovery handles will work. Been hard to find RR handles for it.

Yep, they're the same, although some are black rather than silver on the Rangie. Also the same are Morris Marina door handles or Maestro thanks to British Leyland
