I'm pretty sure it is something in the fuel system (before sitting, I drained the tank and put in a new inline fuel filter). Most of the components around the engine are new or rebuilt. Cranks like it wants to spring to life but no such luck. Any tips to troubleshoot? I've spent about all I can to on this truck. I loved working on it and fixing things (was my rig that took to me to mountain bike races) but am considering selling it if this turns out to be $$$$.

Thanks for any assist,
-DC

Squirt carb cleaner or ether into the air intake. If it fires, you have a fuel system issue. If it doesn't fire, go through the Rave procedure to check the ignition system.
