That's most definitely the issue. That's how Nav-TV's video-on-the-move module works, it tricks the infotainment system into thinking the car is in Park even when it's not, so your video will play back on the front monitor regardless. The exception is reverse gear, which needs to be detected to display the feed from the rear cam when you engage it. Try disconnecting the module if you want to double check.

No big deal I guess, other than the wrong 4x4 display info nothing else should be affected.
