Hello I have a tuned S/C Rover, I had a the pulleys done, see this web site, the porting and polishing (www.eurotoysltd.com) and the ECU reflashed. I have a stock exhaust on still due to how nice an quiet the car is. I have driven a stock S/C and mine is much more powerful then the stock. low, mid and high speed passing is much better.
I imagine if an exahust were added, you would bet more gains, I would go with the Borla cat-back
