Hi, I'm a young driver 22, turning 23 in a few months, living in London. I'm planning on getting a 2013+ Range Rover in the next few months, I ran a check to see if I can get insurance & there's absolutely no quotes at all! Anyone want to suggest any ways that a young driver could get insurance? Brokers? Family? Any other ways?

Don't know how they handle this in England but in the USA there are "assigned risk pools" in each state that are meant for drivers that can't get insurance through normal channels, usually due to age, accidents, traffic tickets etc. They are set up by the states and each private insurer that writes auto insurance in that state must take a proportional share of the drivers that apply through the assigned risk pool. Premium rates are set by each state pool and usually pretty high but at least you can get insurance and then switch to a standard insurer as soon as one will accept you.
