This was just asked a couple of days ago. Basically the answer is no for the headlights as the shape is different and would require new grille and body parts, so its not plug and play. As for the rears, I believe it is possible for some years but I am not sure between 2014 to 2018 since that is a big jump. Someone else with more specific knowledge will probably chime in.
