2013 RR L320 iPhone automatically answers before ring.

2013 Range Rover Sport. Can't stop iPhone 6s bluetooth from automatically answering before ring.

Apple reset phone to original factory settings, no affect. Dealer insists all is OK with car settings.

Any suggestions?
