My AC was replaced sometime ago by the dealer and covered by extended warranty.
The new AC works fine but it is very noisy, when it turns on your hear it kicking in, a rather buzzy sound. You can actually feel the buzz, a light vibration. Also when turning the AC off you really hear the buzzing noise disappearing.
I asked the dealer to have it checked out and they say they couldn't find anything wrong and they claim that they checked with others which have the same buzzy noise.
I just know that my first AC, the original one, didn't or at least it wasn't as noticeable.
Does this appear to be normal to others as well?
Any suggestions?
Shall I leave it alone?
My warranty is expiring soon and then it's all on me. I love the car and plan on keeping it.
Thank you.

My experience with noisy air conditioning systems is due to less than optimum gas fill/pressure. I have encountered it on a few cars and in spite of the specialists swearing blind that it has been correct, I have taken the vehicles to another shop for further gassing which has cured the problem.

Blower motors fail as well, these are behind glove compartment, this is something you would hear from inside the cabin rather than outside
