2010 RR: Not starting with smart key?
If your 2010 Range Rover is giving you the 'smart key not recognized' message even though the key is present, you have tried the method described in the manual to have the module recognize the key and have determined the key has power by successfully locking and unlocking your vehicle:
-locate the fuse panel behind a black plastic panel in the rear of your lower glove box
-locate fuse#17 and remove it for several minutes
-upon replacing the fuse you should be good to go
