2010 Range Rover - Ditiching Complimentary Service after 15K

Just looking over the press release on the 2010 Range Rover and noticed this note:

Complimentary Scheduled Maintenance on the first service at 15,000 miles

With nothing beyond that, it looks like the belt tightening is starting to show.
