I was encouraged to post some pics ...

I plan to buy a set of 19 inch wheels for offroad recreation, and I'm trying to figure out whether to go with Goodyear MTRs or Pirelli Scorpion ATRs. I am told that the Pirellis are back- ordered, and that there is no production date listed. Anyone have any info on this?

Unfortunately, I think I'm stuck with a minimum 19 inch wheel because of new brake calipers. Only two real options with regard to tires.

That really is a nice color. I once had a variation of that in a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but your interior color combined with the exterior really does it for me.

Wow - cool color. Sets it apart. I see a dozen RRS a day in my stoneway gray color.

Keep checking back with Tirerack on the ATRs. They should know by the end of the month when/if the tires will be back in production. I couldn't wait and had to downgrade to 18" rims.

Ttalone,

the interior is almond. It wears really well. I've already logged about 12000 miles sone I bought the car in late august.

I'd like to downgrade to 18 inch wheels, but it seems they won't fit over the new front brake calipers. The Bowler wheels are even being reported ad not being able to fit the new brakes.

Is that official? Last I heard Bowler had only fitted them over the 2010 S/C brakes (not surprisingly they would not fit those), but had yet to test fit the regular HSE brakes... This was in early January, though.
