I have to agree, that is one of the sexiest colour combinations I have ever seen!

Note the straight exhaust tips (this is an HSE), wonder if they affect departure angle much?

Umberto, it is a nice color. If the color was called (something) Java or Mocha you would absolutely have to get it.

Since that RRS has DTM plates, its a LR corp vehicle. Probably taking it out to see how well its put together by counting how many trim screws it looses during the day on NJ's pothole strewn roads.

It looks really nice in person. They have one here at the Equinox for the press event - could be the same one - that has the tan interior. I really liked they way it looked, but my wife didn't like the tan interior.

No press pass yet. It has been tough to take pictures as most of the vehicles are gone during the day and are only around at nighttime. They are registering new press folks as I type thus though so I may see more of them around soon. Not that I really like the way they look, but a brand new BMW X6M just pulled in, sounded sweet.

Those reflectors are a passover from the LR3...same style.

is it just me or did anyone else notice that the HSE seems to have straight pipes (exhaust tips) like the SC? Not crazy about the colour, but then again i have had silver cars all the way back to my 98 Volvo s70, three xc70's, one xc90 and now two RR, my 2004 RRFF HSE and now my RRS HSE>

It's not just you, I noticed those straight pipes 7 posts above yours. :lol: I think the 2010 S/C will have straight exhaust tips also, but they should be bigger in diameter than those on the new HSE.

They all have straight pipes. The supercharged are chrome tipped.

You know what looks nice on the front picture...no license plate screwed on the front bumper.

I'm still not liking the LR2 grille, getting more used to the barracuda front end, but the color is very nice...in bright sunlight, should look even better.

By the way, what are those black spots/indentations on the door handle...is that a keyless fingerprint entry system?

Yep, with the key in proximity you touch the sensor to unlock or lock the doors.
