I have a 2008 Range Rover Sport and I have a specific problem. Everyday our tire pressure light comes on at random times when were driving the rig. I’ve checked the pressures and the tire wear but they’re pretty much perfect. Would you think it would be the monitor itself that’s being disfunctional? It’s been doing this ever since we got it. Thanks.

Well your sensors are 10 years old, perhaps they are just getting weak. I've had random sensor failures on cars that are 10 years and older I just replace them as a set and good to go without random beeps. I've never had a wheel well receiver fail, nor the central unit fail. some folks have though.

This seems like it is just the sensor going. They have around a ten year max battery life. mine went out on my 2013 about a month ago on one wheel. If you go to discount tire they have a machine that can test if each sensor is working, also ask which frequency should be 315Mhz. if one is not that the problem. Once you know for sure that is the issue you need to buy the OEM or equivalent sensor, do not install a universal.

this is most likely it:
