Can some one telme where is the heater control valve loated. thank you

If you mean a valve like they used to have in cars to control the amount of coolant entering the HC, they don't have one as far as I know. The interior temperatures are all controlled by flaps and doors in the HVAC plenum.

Do a quick search on this forum and you will see a recent thread about no hot air on the driver side. Lots of good info.

It is most likely a plugged heater core. Like M12VA says, there are many posts on the forum of no heat driver's side.
