224000 kms 2 owners, meticulously maintained, this has been a Wednesday car up until now (never had a problem)

borrowed a trailer, plugged into trailer socket (often used without issues) while engine running and lost the screen, radio, nav etc.

checked the fuses, all good, then discontented battery to reboot. no power to the screen unit. help

now have a secondary problem, engine stuttering on acceleration, doesn't happen every time

are the issues related anyone out there have any clues?

I may be mistaken, but I think there's a small fuse on the back of the radio?.. only accessible by removing unit.
