Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows what the fuel pressure at idle for a 2007, Range Rover 4.2 supercharged is supposed to be? I am showing between 30-34 at idle. I have an intermittent CEL that shows up, and the lean run codes (p0171, p0174). The manual says that that it should be 4.5 bar, or 65psi at the fuel rail. While driving, my scanner does show that fuel pressure increases to around the 65 psi range, but it does not seem constant. For what it's worth, it drives fine, with no noticeable loss of performance.

Any help appreciated

Thanks for the reply.. that is helpful... the only time I see anything close to 65 psi is while driving down the freeway, and it only seems to get up to around 58 psi, and does fluctuate quite a bit. I have 144K on this Rover, so perhaps it's time for a fuel pump.
