Hi All.

This is my first post here, also I was reading for awhile.
I have searched through the forum with no success regarding the little repair I an busy with right now.

I am in the process of replacing the plastic part at the back of the coolant manifold (4680290). My old on was leaking coolant and was rotten on the top portion (the one going inside coolant manifold).
I am struggling a little to squeeze the top part into manifold to align the four bolt holes on the base plate with holes on the base.

Has anyone replaced this part? And, if yes, any advice?

Thanks!

Thanks!
I will be trying again today.

I also have applied a little of thermostat silicon to the rubber o-ring when tried first.
