My 2006 RRSC has a leaking front passenger strut. I'm going to get it replaced but I was wondering if most replace both front struts at the same time when only one is leaking. I'm just trying to think of preventative maintenance since it's a wear item and the truck has about 100k miles on the original front struts.

Thank you!

From experience with my 2003 here in Florida, with moderately frequent use of the suspension at all heights, 100k miles and 13 years is really good.
My 2003 would go through front air struts about every 6 years or so.
The material the airbags are made of may have changed, and I hope it has.
Since I don't read as many posts on front strut failures over the last few years, I get the feeling it may have improved.

It's your call on the set or the failed one. Although replacing each one is a discrete repair action, there is the reset of the suspension fault that would be one step after replacing one strut or the set.
I replace one at a time when they fail, but that's every 6 years more or less. If it's been 13 years, I might just replace the set to avoid the eventual inconvenience of the surprise failure of the other one.
