When the engine speed is passing 3000tpm the fan stays engaged and the engine stays at +/- 1200tpm when parked and in neurtral.
When I switch off the engine and start it again, everything is back to normal. If I stay under 3000tpm, no problems...

(I already replaced the fan and clutch, that was not the solution;))

I am seeing 1200rpms on idle in cold winter days. If outside temperature is under -25C ecu is setting idle 1200rpms solid.
Maybe you have a temperature sensor issue

I’m warm weather it does the same with the a/c on. Its normal. It’ll rev up and hold it there for a while and then go back down.

A/C on or of it doesnt matter... and it never go back down unless I restart the engine...
It just stays on after touching the 3000rpm+
