2004 Range Rover HSE Information Center Problems. Some days it works fine, other days it flashes like in the video. Previously sent dash in to repair shop to have new Ribbon Cable installed, and they replaced it twice, but were unable to fix it, and told me it may be the diodes. Anyone know how to fix this, or what's causing it?
Thanks!

That's usually indicative of a connection issue between the board and the ribbon. As the new ones are just pressure fit, you have to shim everything a bit to apply even pressure. It seems as though they may not have properly cleaned everything inside. If you can't get them to sort it, I can clone your cluster into a good replacement, only problem is I'd need yours here to do it :(
