I'm getting a transfer box neutral light coming up while I'm driving with a beeping (alarm) sound never had a problem before any ideas on what it could be or how to reset thanks for your help

No doubt that its the transfer case/box shifter. You'll want to buy it used (~$600). Three bolts and a plug (on the side of the transmission) to replace - no need for mechanic. Search for a thread on this and the details will amaze you. Simply said, it's a small electrical part that's failing/failed because the truck was not shifted into 4-low often enough.
