im having an issue with my seat belts they were slow going up but now ther stuck any ideas also advice or tricks on changing them thanks for your help walter

This happens all the time with the child seats. Usually letting it recoil all the way fixes it, but if there is a twist in the belt in the inertial reel, you could be out of luck. I just had one replaced under warranty where the prior owner had slammed the door in the rear resulting in a half dozen dents.
