I have a 2003 Range Rover HSE and it had ran out of gas in gear but now it after I put gas into it, the transmission engages but the transfer case does not go out of neutral, and when its put in park, it makes a grinding noise, its louder when you rev the engine and put it in park, please help, my GF and me are supposed to take it to Corpus Christi once school is out.

Running out of gas has nothing to do with the transfer case unless you have had it towed. If it was towed they may have placed the transfer case in neutral as specified in your owners manual.
