2003 Range Rover 140k miles

For the past month or 2 the clicking in the dash has gotten much louder and longer. This happens when i open the door after the car has gone to 'sleep', upon wakeup the clicking goes crazy for 3-8 seconds. Tonight i replaced the climate control panel, but still did the same thing. Unless, the replacement is faulty. I've read some threads about weird sounds, but nothing like this unless i missed it.

Below is a video and the sound it makes upon wake-up.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I believe it's called the flapper motor, I saw a thread somewhere here about it, I wish you best of luck. I've just let mine click away, though much less pronounced than yours..

Mine did the same thing. Pop the center dash vent out, and it is the small motor on the right, towards the firewall about 4 inches in. Mine had become dislodged. Wiggled it until it clicked back in properly, and no more clicking, 2 years later.
