So here is my dilemma. I have a 2001 RR 4.6L SE, I just replaced the upper and lower ball joints. It only happens when I make right hand turns but the drivers side front tire seems to bind up. It feels like a coil spring is twisting and about to pop. It does slow the vehicle down quickly to a stop, then you feel like a release and it starts to speed back up. It seems to drive just fine straight and left hand turns. I removed the front calipers and found that the drivers side pistons where bad. I replaced both front calipers and pads so see if it would fix the issue but it is still doing it. I am at a total loss I cannot see anything under that would cause the issue and I have not been able to catch it in the act. Previous repairs that I have done. Replaced the Transfer Case, Calipers / Pads, Ball Joints, Drag Links, U joints, Drive lines I am in need of different opinions as to the culprit.

The problem turned out to be the speed sensor worked its way out to far. Pushed back in and worked just fine. I ended up replacing the set with OEM. Never! Never! due after market.
