That said, to start you'll want to replace the radiator. The common replacement is a Nissens 64319A radiator. The rover part number for a 2000 P38 radiator is PCC108080. It's a straight forward swap but I can't link you to the howto anymore because our forum owners f'ed up the forums.
We'd need pictures to comment on what's leaking at the front of the engine though.
